Question: What star wars video game closest resembles one of the movies?

My cousin is a big Star Wars fan and I want to get him a video game that is closely represents what happens in one or all of the original movies, not one of the one just made.

The new star wars The CLone Wars game for the new movie is a really close resemblance. There is one on original xbox but I'm not sure of the name its like Anakin the Jedi or something. JEDI KNIGHTS? that's a close one. For ALL the star wars movies get the star wars lego complete saga. Its fun and has a really close storyline to the movies.

If your looking for one that's close to one of the movies, I think the Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith is the closest one. If your looking for one game to cover all of them, maybe the Lego Star Wars: Complete Saga game. But it also depends on what game system your cousin has too.

I think that the Lego Star Wars series resemble the movies the closest, as they are a recreation of all 6 films, with Lego. But if you don't like that I'd say it would be Revenge of the Sith and The Phantom Menace. Battlefront does not resemble the star wars movies at all. You can play 3 mayor star wars battles in the first game ( battle of Hoth, Geonosis and Endor) but other than that it has its own story line. Although the campaign mode does let you play parts of the movies, but not all of it. Battlefront 2 focuses more on the life of a clone ( and later storm-) trooper in the 501st legion. Some battles coincide with the major Star Wars movie battles, but if you want a game that really captures the movies, I'd say go with Revenge of the Sith and The Phantom Menace.
