Question: Star wars jedi knight:jedi academy problem?

Whenever i go online, the game would usually crash when im playing and it would say "Jamp.exe " and a whole bunch of numbers. I click on ok and it shuts my game down. What should i do to fix this problem? (I did install the latest patch and i downloaded the JA+ Mod 2.3 on JK Filefronts)

In all likelihood, it is the mod causing the issues
