Question: What are the best star wars games to buy that are long lasting like jedi academy?

Well you have to play Star Wars Battlefront 1 it's the best game ever. But not the second one! No never the second one, the only reason i play the second is cos it has people playing online whereas battlefront 1 doesn't have online anymore but it is still a good game! In fact buy the second one and do the tutorial on it then play the first one as battlefront 1 doesn't have a good tutorial. Also there is a third game coming out in November it is said to be the best game so far. Other games are The Force Unleashed which is ok. Lego Star Wars1+ 2 is quite entertaining Hope you make the right choices! By the way all these games require a PS2.

I like "Star Wars Battlefront " It's like star wars call of duty. I still play it and i've owned it for over 5 years. NOT battlefront 2 though, the first one is way better.

Battlefront is good if you like squad based combat games like Call of Duty or Battlefield. Any of the FPS games on the PC will retain some freshness due to modding communities, and the older flight sims (X-Wing, TIE Fighter) are kept very much alive by modding communities as well. The Force Unleashed is not a long lasting game. They've released some expansions, yes, but unless you have the Wii version of it, there's no multiplayer, and singleplayer will have little variance between runs, except for the difficulty. Which, once you've beaten the hardest difficulty, there is nothing more for you. Period.
